Pavil Restaurant & Bar and Watermark Grill Introduce New Private Party and Catering Opportunities
French designer Yves Saint Laurent once said, “Fashions fade, style is eternal.” For San Antonio’s most highly anticipated new restaurant, that sentiment has never been truer.
San Antonio residents will get an early holiday present – with a French twist – via the December 18th limited seating opening of Brasserie Pavil™, the city’s new classic-style French brasserie.
Chef Cohen has been widely regarded as one of San Antonio’s most celebrated chefs for his work as Executive Chef for two of San Antonio’s premier River Walk restaurants; Las Canarias at La Mansión del Rio and Pesca on the River® at the Watermark Hotel & Spa. He now brings more than three decades of traditional French culinary experience to Brasserie Pavil.
The vision of Patrick J. Kennedy gave rise to the development of two of San Antonio’s most celebrated hotels: the historic La Mansión del Rio Hotel, a 337-room luxury hotel nestled along the city’s world-famous River Walk, and the Watermark® Hotel & Spa, a 99-room, Mobil Four Star-rated luxury hotel and spa across the Paseo del Rio from La Mansión del Rio.
